Scheduling Your Appointment
We offer multiple convenient ways to book your visit:
- Online Booking: Use our online booking system 24/7 to choose your preferred date and time.
- Phone: Call us at +1 (514) 627‑2490 during business hours.
- WhatsApp: Message us for quick scheduling assistance.
- Walk‑ins: We welcome walk‑in patients, though wait times may vary depending on schedule availability.
Pro Tip: Booking ahead ensures your preferred time slot and minimizes waiting time.
What to Bring
Please bring the following to your appointment:
- Valid government‑issued photo ID
- Insurance card and policy information (if applicable)
- Payment method (cash, debit, credit, or e-transfer)
- List of current medications (if applicable)
Arriving for Your Appointment
- Arrival Time: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork.
- Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other patients.
- Parking: Reserved parking is available for "MY BEAUTY SUITE" visitors.
- TTC Access: We're just 1 minute from the Fleet St at Bathurst St (west side) TTC stop.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. To modify or cancel your appointment:
- Notice Required: We kindly require 48 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
- How to Cancel: Call, text, WhatsApp, email, or use our online booking system.
- Cancellation Fee: If notice is not provided within 48 hours, a $75 non-refundable cancellation fee will apply.
- No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice are also subject to the $75 fee.
This fee must be paid in full before booking any future appointments. Cancellation fees cannot be billed to insurance and are the client's responsibility.

Payment & Insurance
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept: cash, debit, all major credit cards, e-transfer, and direct insurance billing.
- We work with most major insurance providers and the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP).
- Bring your insurance details; we'll verify your coverage and provide an estimate before treatment.
Health & Safety
- If you're feeling unwell or have symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment.
- We follow strict sterilization and infection control protocols to ensure your safety.
