Why We Have a Cancellation Policy
As an independent dental hygiene studio, every appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are cancelled without sufficient notice, it prevents other patients from receiving care and impacts our ability to serve the community effectively.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a fair and efficient schedule for everyone.
48-Hour Notice Requirement
We kindly require 48 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Cancellations or changes made with 48+ hours' notice will not incur any fees, and you're welcome to reschedule at your convenience.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
If notice is not provided within the required 48-hour window, a $75 non-refundable cancellation fee will apply.
This includes:
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice
- No-shows (missing your appointment without any notice)
Important: This fee must be paid in full before booking any future appointments.
Please note: Cancellation fees cannot be billed to insurance and are the client's responsibility.
Repeated Late Cancellations or No-Shows
To maintain fairness for all patients, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in:
- A requirement for prepayment or deposit for future bookings
- Restrictions on booking future appointments until outstanding fees are settled
Emergencies & Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected emergencies happen. If you experience a medical emergency, family crisis, or other unavoidable circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your situation and work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling Your Appointment
Need to change your appointment time? No problem!
As long as you provide 48 hours' notice, you can reschedule to any available time slot without penalty.

Payment of Cancellation Fees
The $75 cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method on file or invoiced separately.
Outstanding cancellation fees must be paid in full before scheduling any future appointments.
